Sales Account Executive
Location: On-site, Full-Time (Non-Negotiable)
Salary: $70,000 Base + Variable Performance-Based Compensation

We’re growing, and we’re looking to add a Sales Account Executive to help us expand our footprint while upholding the service we’re known for.

You’re a motivated and self-driven sales professional with a hunter’s mindset and a strong sense of ownership. You’re not just looking to close deals—you’re building long-term relationships and driving solutions that move projects forward.
You understand the nuances of B2B project-based sales, and you thrive in an environment where creativity, follow-through, and trust are key. Whether working with owners, developers, designers, architects or general contractors, you know how to navigate complex deals with professionalism and persistence.
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of closing experience in a sales role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- High attention to detail in proposals and Salesforce data entry.
- Experience managing long-cycle, consultative sales processes.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling into hospitality, multi-family, or commercial construction.
- 2+ years in manufacturing, construction, FF&E, or architectural product sales.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Background working with developers, designers, or procurement teams.
- Comfortable managing projects with multiple stakeholders and moving parts.
What You’ll Do
· Drive Growth: Prospect and develop new client relationships across hospitality, multi-family, and commercial sectors.
· Manage Accounts: Serve as the main point of contact from initial conversation through delivery—ensuring a seamless client experience.
· Collaborate Internally: Work closely with estimating, project management, and operations to deliver accurate pricing, scope alignment, and timely updates.
· Track Activity: Use Salesforce to maintain accurate records, track follow-ups, and ensure data completeness across all opportunities.
· Support Strategy: Provide market feedback and insights to inform sales strategy and refine our go-to-market approach.
