Tuesday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Saturday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Position Overview

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our team! In this role, you’ll provide administrative and customer service support to our busy service department. Working closely with the Service Manager, you’ll help coordinate appointments, process warranty claims, handle billing, and ensure every customer receives outstanding service.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and values teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for service-related calls and customer inquiries.

• Schedule and coordinate service, delivery, and warranty appointments.

• Maintain accurate service records, invoices, and documentation.

• Process payments and ensure billing accuracy.

• Prepare and submit warranty paperwork to manufacturers and confirm reimbursement.

• Assist with resolving customer issues and maintaining a high level of satisfaction.

• Support the Service Manager with daily operations and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in administrative support or customer service (experience in service, warranty, or scheduling roles preferred).

• Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette.

• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and comfortable learning new software systems.

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
