- Deliver comprehensive critical care to adult patients requiring advanced monitoring, ventilator support, hemodynamic stability, and complex therapies, including vasoactive drips, analgesia, sedation, and delirium management, in alignment with physician orders and evidence-based protocols.
- Manage parallel responsibilities in infection control, patient safety, charting, medication administration, ARDS and sepsis protocols, pain management, and rapid response coordination with the multidisciplinary team (critical care physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, social workers, and case managers).
