Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students as a Hybrid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) near Peoria, AZ. This flexible contract role blends on-site and virtual service delivery, empowering you to create a positive impact in school settings. You’ll collaborate closely with educational staff and families, providing speech and language evaluation, intervention, and support for students from diverse backgrounds. Those with pediatric experience or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status are welcomed, and a bilingual skillset is highly valued by the school team.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current or eligible for SLP-CCC; Clinical Fellowship Year candidates are encouraged to apply
- Valid state licensure or ability to obtain before starting
- Experience with pediatric and/or school-based caseloads
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Bilingual proficiency preferred but not mandatory
- Flexibility to work a minimum of 2 days per week on-site (4 days preferred), with the remainder of hours delivered virtually
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language services aligned with students’ IEPs
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track student progress
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and service teams
- Document services and maintain records in compliance with school and legal standards
- Participate in meetings and professional development as needed
- Foster an inclusive, engaging learning environment for all students
