Assignment Requirements – Banner Must Have: Ortho experience Weekend & holiday availability ⚠️ AZ residents are NOT eligible for assignments at any Arizona facility. Submission Guidelines (Banner Cover Page Required) Candidates must clearly outline: All locations/facilities willing to work (list specific names, states, or “open to all”) All shifts willing to work All departments experienced in and willing to accept The more flexible the candidate, the faster the offer. Start & RTO Policy Must start on listed date or within 1 week RTO must be listed on cover page Maximum 7 days RTO No RTO during first week Important Candidates must be pre-closed and ready to accept Notify immediately if candidate withdraws or becomes unavailable
