In addition to supporting the debt purchase and finance activities of its sister company, Cascade Capital Funding, CRM’s suite of products and services include master servicing, third party collections, and revenue cycle optimization.

Position Overview

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing administrative duties for our Operations department in addition to light reception responsibilities.

Position Responsibilities


  • Administrative support for Operations Department including correspondence, data entry, filing, copying, and scanning.

  • Front Desk reception & handles all incoming and outgoing mail including reception, travel arrangements, supplies and light housekeeping.

  • Office Coordination: manage supplies, coordinate events, liaison with building management, event planning, etc.

  • Handle Projects & Special Assignments

  • Marketing & sales assistance for communications and events.

Job Qualifications


  • High school diploma, college degree a plus.

  • 1+ years administrative experience.

  • Customer service focus (both internal and external).

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce error free work product.

  • Communicate information and ideas clearly and concisely, excellent grammar and business writing skills.

  • Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task successfully in a fast-paced environment.

  • Able to manage small projects and meet deadlines.

  • Takes initiative, works well independently and as a team member.

  • Flexible with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and quickly transition.
