Data Center Technician - L2

Description

Our customer is expecting a spike in break-fix tickets over the next six months for one of their customers and they don't have the resources to support the workload. This position will focus on break-fix work in an enterprise Data Center. There will be Data Center work in both the West Valley (goodyear) and in the East Valley (Mesa/chandler) Ideal candidate will have 1 year minumum of Troublshooting experience inside a data center.

• Monitor the system for equipment failure or errors in performance

• Respond to program error messages by finding and correcting problems or terminating the program

Qualifications:

• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills

• Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time

• Basic ability to troubleshoot Data Center equipment

• Basic ability to work a ticketing system

This is a Contract position based out of Goodyear, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
