In this vital role, you will contribute directly to the assembly, coating, and quality of printed circuit boards (PCBs) and circuit card assemblies (CCAs). Your craftsmanship will support advanced technologies across multiple industries. If you thrive in a dynamic, detail-driven environment, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills and play a key part in delivering high-quality electronic products. **What You'll Do** + **Assembly & Soldering:** Execute manual and automated PCB assembly, including hand soldering and SMT processing. + **Post-Wave Soldering:** Inspect, touch up, and rework PCBs in alignment with IPC-A-610 standards. + **Machine Operation:** Set up, run, and maintain automated assembly and testing equipment. + **Coating & Quality Review:** Apply conformal coatings using spray, dip, or brush methods and perform thorough inspections for accuracy and defects. + **Troubleshooting:** Partner with engineering and quality teams to resolve assembly issues and support process improvements. + **Equipment Care:** Maintain proper equipment setup, calibration, and operational readiness. **What You Bring** **Required:** + Hands-on experience in PCB assembly, soldering, and conformal coating + Ability to read and interpret schematics, drawings, and technical documentation + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities + Ability to work both independently and collaboratively **Preferred:** + Familiarity with acrylic, urethane, silicone, or parylene coating materials + Certifications in soldering, PCB assembly, or coating + Experience with in-circuit or functional test fixturing **Take the Next Step** If you're driven, detail-oriented, and excited to work with electronics in a hands-on production environment, we'd welcome your application.
