Ventura Properties is currently seeking hard-working, dependable LANDSCAPERS to join our team. Landscaping laborers are critical members of our team, ensuring the facilities we manage reflect a well-maintained appearance. MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER

Our landscapers are responsible for completing landscape jobs at both our Residential and Commercial properties throughout Tucson in an efficient manner, promoting job worksite safety, providing excellent customer service, and exhibit pride and quality workmanship.

We are looking for full-time landscaping laborers in Tucson, AZ. Responsibilities include:

• Cultivation and care of the landscape and grounds surrounding our properties.
• Rake and prune trees and shrubs.
• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides.
• Provide proper upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and other grounds features.
• Clearing walkways and or driveways of debris.
• Perform routine light maintenance duties as requested as well as painting of poles, buildings, roofs, and other items as needed.
• Some labor to include occasional moving of furniture or large waste removal.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of Landscaping and / or related experience.
• Knowledge of and ability to use effectively all landscaping required equipment.
• Maintain professional presentation and appearance.
• Applicants must be able to lift up to 50 pounds / pull up to 80 pounds. Personnel are expected to perform repetitive physical tasks that require lifting, pushing, and pulling of material/product and standing throughout each shift and endure elements.
• Reliable transportation.
