Mechanical Assembler
Location: Mesa, AZ
Pay: $20-$23/hr + 10% Shift Differential on 2nd Shift
Training will be completed on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift.

What You'll Do
- Assemble components and subassemblies using blueprints, drawings, and detailed work instructions
- Perform assembly line and production-related tasks to meet daily manufacturing goals
- Conduct quality inspections and functional testing to ensure products meet specifications
- Troubleshoot assembly issues and contribute to continuous process improvements
- Support and train less experienced assemblers as needed
- Maintain compliance with all safety, quality, and production standards
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of assembly or manufacturing experience
- Previous assembly line experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Lean manufacturing experience
- Experience training, mentoring, or assisting other team members
- Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced production environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.30/hr.
