As a Direct Support Professional, no two shifts are the same and thats what makes it meaningful. You will: Empower individuals to achieve personal goals and celebrate milestones
Promote independence while providing hands-on support
Assist with daily living skills, including meals, routines, and personal care
Support medication administration and health needs
Provide safe transportation and community access
Encourage engagement through activities, outings, and social events
