Location: Goodyear, AZ
Shifts: Monday–Friday

• 1st shift | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd shift | 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Starting Pay: $23.00/hour

Resource Employment Solutions is seeking experienced Turret Forklift Drivers in Goodyear, AZ for a seasonal/temporary assignment . As a Forklift Driver, you will operate forklifts to transport, stack, and retrieve materials in a busy warehouse environment. This role involves handling inventory with precision, conducting safety inspections, and working efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities and Duties – Your Day-to-Day

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, store, and retrieve products within the warehouse
• Load and unload inventory, ensuring proper handling and placement of goods
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues
• Accurately scan and track inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS)

What You Bring – Skills that Make a Difference

• MUST have Turret Truck experience
• Previous experience operating forklifts, turret trucks, or similar material handling equipment
• Valid forklift/turret truck certification is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working at heights and in narrow warehouse aisles
