Communications Coordinator

We are seeking a Communications Coordinator to lead on producing and designing our monthly community magazine using Adobe InDesign. This role will oversee the full publishing process, from compiling and entering content to preparing layouts and delivering a polished, engaging final product. Working closely with our editorial committee, you will format articles, present drafts for review, incorporate feedback, and ensure accuracy and consistency in every issue.
In addition to the magazine, this position supports the community by creating professional print materials for special mailings, and the annual HOA mailing. Reporting directly to the Administration Manager, the Communications Coordinator may also assist creative professional who enjoys organization, and communication skills to keep our community informed and connected.
