We are looking for a qualified Physical Therapist at our new Outpatient Physical Therapy office in Goodyear, AZ, who wants to make a difference in their community and is eager for a change of pace, more work-life balance, and an opportunity to grow!
Compensation Package
- Up to $95,000 Per Year (Based on Experience)

Leadership & Support
- Highly engaged, hands-on clinic owner available 24/7
- Owner and Customer Support Specialist handles scheduling, billing, and insurance verifications
- Collaborative partnership on advertising, marketing, and community outreach
- Opportunity to help shape clinic operations, workflows, and growth strategy
Job Responsibilities
- Full-Time Monday Through Thursday 8AM to 6PM and Friday 9AM to 1PM (Flexible Hours)
- Working with Ortho, Neuro, Vestibular, and Balance Patients
- Working with Adults to Geriatric Patients
- Using Prompt Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- 100% Outpatient Opportunity
- 100% 1 on 1 Patient Care - 40 Minute Blocks
- Seeing 12 Patients Per Day
- Laptop Provided for Documentation
Requirements
- New Graduates Encouraged to Apply
- A Clear and Active Arizona PT License Required
