**Job Title: Water Technician**
**Job Description**
As a Water Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining water treatment equipment. This role requires hands-on skills with a focus on regeneration of water filtration systems. Your work schedule will be Monday through Friday from 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM, with occasional overtime, but no weekends.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain water treatment equipment.
+ Use a forklift to lift and position the Water Treatment Unit.
+ Operate and maintain various hand and power tools, including electric meters.
+ Run a Stinger into the unit to disconnect fittings and manage water flow into the Hopper.
+ Load and unload trucks efficiently.
+ Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures.
+ Communicate any concerns or issues to management promptly.
+ Identify and implement alternative solutions to problems using logic and reasoning.
+ Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with forklifts and hand tools.
+ Ability to perform preventive maintenance and restoration tasks.
+ Comfortable working in wet conditions.
+ Strong troubleshooting skills.
+ Capability to load and unload trucks.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to read and interpret various documents including manuals and diagrams.
+ Basic computer skills.
+ Strong English communication skills, both written and oral.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing knowledge is advantageous.
+ Handiness with tools and a knack for installing and troubleshooting equipment.

**Work Environment**
You will work in a warehouse environment with a shift starting at 1:30 PM and ending once the last truck is loaded. The facility is equipped with swamp coolers to maintain a comfortable temperature in the summer. Expect to be on your feet and moving throughout the day, and be prepared to operate a forklift for heavy lifting. The role involves spraying water around the units, resulting in potentially wet work areas, but rubber boots and necessary tools will be provided.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gilbert, AZ.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
