Collections Specialist
Phoenix, AZ | Up to $65,000 annually

Vaco Arizona is partnering with a growing organization in Phoenix to hire a Collections Specialist with strong B2B collections experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-driven professional who enjoys managing customer accounts, resolving payment issues, and driving collections results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage collections for a portfolio of national, multi-location business accounts
• Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to secure payment and reduce outstanding balances
• Review aging reports and prioritize collection efforts based on account risk and exposure
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and payment-related issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate invoicing and timely resolution of account concerns
• Negotiate payment arrangements and maintain detailed account documentation
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships while achieving collection goals

Requirements

• 3 years of B2B collections experience
• Experience collecting from business accounts (not consumer collections such as auto loans, mortgages, or credit cards)
• Experience managing national or multi-location customer accounts
