Area Manager

Job Title: Site Operations Manager Job Description This role involves leading field operations teams at customer sites. You will be responsible for hiring, developing, and leading a diverse team to execute projects efficiently, meeting or exceeding safety, schedule, cost, and quality expectations. This position requires up to 25% travel after the initial period, and a valid driver's license is essential. Responsibilities + Lead field operations teams at multiple customer sites or large single sites. + Hire, train, and manage diverse teams of site managers, adjustment technicians, safety managers, and contractors. + Coordinate with installation leaders in Japan and other locations to drive installation objectives. + Create long-term plans and schedules to support projects with trained personnel and qualified contractors. + Manage customer relationships through project meetings and interactions to enhance satisfaction. + Oversee project execution valued over $50 million and manage labor budgets exceeding $5 million. + Address problems proactively and prevent escalations from reaching leaders. + Coach and mentor site leadership personnel to deliver project objectives. + Support Directors of Operations in executing strategic objectives and establishing team goals. + Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project effectiveness. + Manage project level budgets and troubleshoot system issues to the component level. Essential Skills + Bachelor's Degree with more than 5 years of complex project/site leadership experience. + Minimum of 5 years of previous site management and scheduling experience in a technical installation environment. + 3+ years of experience in providing quality installation for North America CFA installations. + Experience in customer service and client management. + Technical degree preferred. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in semiconductor equipment and construction project management. + Strong history of leadership and management skills. Work Environment The work environment includes a semiconductor clean room and occasional proximity to moving mechanical parts. The noise level is usually moderate. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chandler, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $48.07 - $67.00/hr.
