Veterinary Referral Coordinator
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and patients visiting Internal Medicine
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and support clients with questions and next steps
- Welcome and check in clients with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency
- Communicate with medical teams to support smooth patient flow and preparedness
- Guide clients through estimates, invoices, and financial conversations
- Perform follow-up calls and support an outstanding client experience
- Provide reception support to Emergency during busy periods as needed
- Ensure accuracy in documentation, invoicing, and front desk processes
- Assist with administrative tasks and contribute to hospital projects or committees
- Work directly with Client Service Manager processing End of Day finances, client complaints, financial audits, and auditing.
- Veterinary reception or clinical experience required
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, professional presence
- Comfortable discussing estimates and payments with clients
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment
- Positive, proactive, and willing to take ownership of responsibilities
- Interested in professional growth and being involved in hospital initiatives
- Flexible and dependable, including weekends and holidays
