Our healthcare partner in Globe, AZ is seeking a talented Registered Nurse to join their team and provide exceptional care to patients in both Med-Surg and Observation units.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to expand your expertise while working alongside a supportive team. Your dedication to patient care and ability to adapt to various situations will be key to your success.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Float between Med-Surg and Observation units as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Adhere to all facility policies and procedures
- Required certifications: ACLS and BLS
- Flu vaccine is required with no exceptions
