Senior Data Analyst - REMOTE
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Data Analyst - REMOTE. In this role, you'll be part of a dynamic Risk Adjustment team focused on enhancing healthcare through technology. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and performance of crucial data operations, directly impacting revenue accuracy and compliance. Collaboration across teams is key as you work to develop scalable processes and drive measurable impact in a highly regulated environment. This role is ideal for someone who is not just data-savvy but also thrives on tackling complex challenges while enhancing data quality to improve patient care.
Accountabilities
- Monitor and manage the end-to-end data flow for submissions to vendors and government agencies.
- Own the claim and supplemental submission workflow for CMS Encounter Data System submissions.
- Develop data pipeline tracking reports and analyze, research, and resolve data errors.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Risk Adjustment teams.
- Assist with tracking and implementing risk adjustment initiatives and strategies.
- Create and update policies and procedures regarding the encounter process.
Requirements
- Two years of experience with Medicare Risk Adjustment and CMS Encounter Data System submissions.
- At least two years of programming experience using SQL, Python, and R.
- Experience in building operational dashboards.
- Self-starter with high motivation and drive to execute tasks at a high level.
- Focus on serving the needs of diverse business customers.
