This position is perfect for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist, whether you hold your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or are completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). With a caseload of 36-40 students, you’ll play a vital role in fostering communication skills and confidence across various ages and backgrounds.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state SLP licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to the start date
• ASHA Certification (CCC) or good standing as an SLP-CFY
• School-based or pediatric experience is highly desirable
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to establish rapport with preschool and elementary-aged children
• Collaborative approach to working with educators and families

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language screenings, evaluations, and re-evaluations
• Create and implement individualized therapy plans for diverse speech and language needs
• Deliver direct services to a caseload of 36-40 students
• Participate in IEP meetings and coordinate with teachers, specialists, and parents
• Maintain accurate records and progress documentation
• Adapt strategies and interventions for varying skill levels and backgrounds
