Job Type: 6-Month Contract (Potential to Extend or Convert)
Schedule Options:

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Overview:
A-Line Staffing is looking for Mail Processors in Scottsdale, AZ. As a Mail Processor II, you will support a fast-paced corporate mailroom, handling digital printing on large production-class printers and preparing mail for distribution. Your day-to-day responsibilities include folding and inserting documents into various envelopes using class inserter machines, verifying print jobs against documentation, applying postage, and ensuring timely completion of mailings. You will work with sensitive healthcare information, requiring accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to strict schedules.

This role requires staying on your feet for most of the shift and occasional lifting of boxes weighing up to 50 lbs. If you can combine professionalism with strong customer service skills, you’ll thrive in this environment and have the opportunity for growth within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify print jobs based on provided documentation and ensure accurate processing.
• Fold, insert, and post mail efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
• Perform other mailroom functions as needed in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate completion of tasks effectively with team members.
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace while handling sensitive healthcare information.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in a print or mailroom setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft business software (Excel, PDF, Outlook).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications / Experience:

• Experience operating large-scale inserter machines and production-class printers, including Neopost, Pitney Bowes, and Xerox equipment.
• Familiarity with handling sensitive healthcare information.
