Pay Rate: $2,300.00 - $2,500.00 gross per week
Number of Positions: 1
Start Date: ASAP
Travel: All inclusive-They have onsite lodging a minute walk from facility
Schedule: 5 x 8's - 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
- can discuss 4x 10's
EMR: RPMS
EXPERIENCE/ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :
- OT experience in both in and outpatient
- 45-hr block with patients
- PPD 7
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS/Certifications
- Any state
