Join our team as a Virtual Sales Representative — a role for someone who can build trust and close deals without ever sitting across the table from a customer. You will run the full sales cycle through phone and video, owning conversations from first hello through to signed agreement.

What You Will Do

• Engage customers over phone and video, qualifying interest and running discovery.
• Demo the product, answer questions, and close confidently without an in-person handoff.
• Manage your pipeline with discipline — every stage, every next step, every note.
• Stay close to your team through written and video collaboration, sharing what is working.

• Clear, confident verbal communication and a professional presence on video.
• Strong written communication — most of your customer touches happen through a screen.
• Discipline and self-direction — pipelines reward consistency, and shortcuts show up in the data.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals independently.

• Strong rapport-building skills, enabling you to connect with clients and establish trust quickly in a virtual environment.
• Proficiency in managing a sales pipeline, including organization, follow-up, and strategic planning.
• Resilience and a persistent attitude, essential for navigating sales challenges and maintaining motivation.
• Self-direction and discipline, crucial for managing your time effectively and achieving targets in a remote setting.
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn, staying current with product offerings and sales techniques.
• A valid Life and Health Insurance license is required for this role.
