Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Paralegal with experience in personal injury law to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, knowledge of auto insurance claims and processes, the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, and leverage legal technology tools to support efficient case management and workflows. This position is critical to supporting attorneys, coordinating with clients, and ensuring cases progress efficiently from intake through resolution.

You're Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will…

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing updates and ensuring consistent communication

• Conduct client intake interviews, evaluate potential claims, and determine the validity of personal injury cases

• Manage and oversee the intake process to ensure prompt handling of incoming leads

• Utilize legal technology tools (e.g. case management software, legal research databases, and document management systems) 

• Collaborate with attorneys and case managers to assess case viability, schedule consultations, and ensure smooth handoff of qualified cases

• Make and receive calls from prospective clients, insurance companies, and legal professionals

• Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation, including investigation, demand generation, pleadings, discovery, and post-trial

• Organize documents for claim files, demand letters, and discovery

• Organize and maintain case files using a document repository system

• Draft, proofread, and finalize documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and correspondence

• Coordinate medical treatment and follow-up care for clients

• Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters, healthcare providers, and other third parties to facilitate case resolution

• Track and manage case deadlines and the firm calendar to ensure compliance with filing and court requirements

• Experience in personal injury law required

• Solid understanding of auto insurance claims and processes

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong reading comprehension

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a deadline-driven environment

• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills

• Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office Suite preferred

• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certification is a plus

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Compensation and Benefits

This role will receive competitive salary, benefits, and variable compensation. The salary for U.S.-based employees in this role will be within the range listed below. Compensation is determined by various factors, including experience, location, and performance. This position is also eligible for variable compensation based on individual and company performance.

Salary Range: 

Starting at $55,000
