Service Dispatcher
ACS has an immediate opening for an HVAC Service Dispatcher in Tucson! If you are a self-starter, detail oriented and thrive in a fast-paced work environment, apply today!
Primary Job Function: In this role you will provide customer service over a multi-line telephone, schedule field technicians, manage service invoices and maintenance agreements. Maintain customer database with current information. Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees and customers.
Work Hours: Monday - Friday; 7:30 am 4:30 pm
Pay Range: $22.00-$26.00/hour- Depending on Experience

Required Qualifications:
- Service Titan Experience
- HVAC experience
- Dispatching experience
- 3+ years administrative experience
- High School diploma or equivalent (minimum)
- Advanced communication skills; written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Prioritization and organizational skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to complete tasks and follow through
- Works successfully in a fast paced environment
- Geographical knowledge of service area and map reading skill
