What you would be doing as a Processing Operator:

Processing Operator will proactively anticipate and prepare for the production workflow. Our high-tech tanker offloading systems are used to begin the first step in our juice production process by filling silos of concentrate that is delivered from tanker trucks.

• Work independently and apart of a team in a fast-paced, automatous environment
• Perform basic mathematical calculations
• Measure, dispense and blend liquid and dry ingredients
• Quality test and make any alterations to meet standards of brix, acidity and taste
• Disassemble, sanitize and reassemble process equipment
• Control product waste and raw materials to ensure a minimum loss
• Ensure materials, documentation and equipment areas are maintained to standards of hygiene and specifications for unannounced audits

Requirements:

• Manufacturing experience in batching or mixing fluids like soda, juice, paint, chemicals
• Experience working with pasteurizer and production equipment including tanks and Cleaned In Place (CIP) Systems
• Forklift experience and ability to lift 50 pounds
