About Us:

Flagstaff MT RV & Campground is a modern, welcoming RV park located on historic Route 66 in beautiful Flagstaff, Arizona. We offer full hookup sites, outdoor amenities, and a family-friendly experience close to national parks, hiking, and adventure destinations. We’re looking for a driven General Manager to lead daily operations, deliver outstanding guest service, and keep the property running smoothly year-round.

Position Summary:

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of RV park operations — including guest services, staffing, facilities, financial performance, and compliance. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys both hospitality and the outdoors. Ideal candidates have previous management experience in RV parks, campgrounds, hotels, or similar hospitality businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day park operations including check-ins, site assignments, and guest support

• Manage, schedule, and supervise staff including housekeeping, maintenance, and front office

• Respond promptly to guest concerns and reviews with professionalism and care

• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and facility upkeep

• Track occupancy, manage reservations, and work with online booking platforms

• Monitor budgets, expenses, and daily revenue reports

• Ensure compliance with local ordinances (dark sky, fire restrictions, quiet hours, etc.)

• Coordinate routine maintenance and work with vendors for repairs or improvements

• Promote a welcoming, respectful, and community-driven guest environment

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of campground, RV park, hotel, or hospitality management experience

• Strong leadership, team management, and guest service skills

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using reservation software (Campspot, RoverPass, etc.)

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, or grounds maintenance is a plus

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Available to work weekends, holidays, and peak season shifts as needed

• On-site living accommodations may be available/preferred
