Job Description

• We are seeking a Data Entry to join our team. The selected candidate will support document processing and eligibility workflows within FAA’s Document Management System (OnBase) and HEAPlus. The candidate will demonstrate accuracy in document handling, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Review documents and applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare eligibility documents, bar-code, scan, index, and upload documents into OnBase and/or HEAPlus.
• Validate proper scanning and re-indexing to the correct eligibility type.
• Send appropriate notices and emails; correct addresses in the system as needed.
• Document, scan, validate, sort, and prep returned mail for scanning; research and refer items to the appropriate person per guidelines.
• Follow administration and office/unit guidelines; coordinate translation services or bilingual staff when required.
• Compile data and complete reports accurately and on time.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good listening, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Effective time management and organizational skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and new technologies.
• Accuracy in compiling data and completing reports on schedule.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of office practices and procedures.
• Experience operating terminal computers to input data and review case records.
