We are expanding our team and looking for a detail-obsessed, service-minded New Business Specialist to serve as the critical engine behind our annuity application pipeline.
\n Position OverviewAs a New Business Specialist , you are the vital bridge between financial advisors, insurance carriers, and operations. Your primary mission is two-fold: Concierge Application Prep (pre-filling and preparing applications for advisors) and Application Scrubbing (ensuring 100% "In Good Order" accuracy before carrier submission).

Key Responsibilities1. Advisor Concierge & Application Prep

Act as a dedicated operational partner to advisors, providing proactive, white-glove concierge support during the client onboarding phase.

Pre-fill and assemble complete annuity and life insurance application packages based on advisor-provided case details.

Guide advisors on carrier-specific requirements, forms, and submission guidelines to streamline their workflow.
2. Application Scrubbing & Quality Control

Meticulously review and "scrub" all incoming applications, transfer paperwork, and suitability forms to guarantee they are submitted In Good Order (IGO) .

Identify potential red flags, missing signature fields, or compliance discrepancies prior to carrier submission to minimize processing delays.

Maintain deep knowledge of Tax-Qualified and Non-Tax-Qualified account rules, rollover guidelines, and carrier-specific nuances.
3. Pipeline Management & Carrier Follow-Through

Submit scrubbed application packages to insurance carriers promptly and accurately.

Actively track and follow up on pending cases from submission through policy issuance and delivery.

Systematically resolve carrier requirements (NIGO items), communicating clear, actionable solutions back to the advisor.

Maintain complete, audit-ready records within our CRM/operations platform in accordance with industry compliance standards.

Industry Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in financial services, insurance operations, or mortgage processing environments, with direct exposure to annuity or life insurance processing a plus.

Technical Product Knowledge: Solid understanding of fixed/indexed annuities, life insurance applications, transfer/rollover mechanics, and tax-qualified vs. non-qualified funds.

Detail & Scrubbing Expertise: Exceptional accuracy and a strong process-driven mindset—you naturally spot the small details others miss.

Communication & Relationship Skills: Professional, clear verbal and written communication; ability to build trust quickly with high-producing advisors.

Technical Savvy: Proficient in standard office software, CRM systems, and e-application tools (e.g., FireLight, iPipeline, or carrier portals).
