Acceptance or denial of a loan rests upon your analysis. Applicants, inspectors and creditors alike await the judgments of your keen examination of their forms and reports. Your findings weigh heavily on decisions that mean profit or loss and your ability to reason, analyze, calculate and draw fair and valid conclusions is well documented. Not only are you adept at weighing a multitude of factors to determine the degree of risk, but you have the communication skills to effectively present this information and respond to questions from customers and the general public, as well as to groups of managers and other Associates.

Qualifications for this position include high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and two years government and conventional experience and/or training with a minimum of two years underwriting government and conventional products.
