Whats So Different Here?
Our target is simple: to serve our clients at the highest level and make friends in the process. Responsibilities:
Schedule and confirm installation appointments.
Serve as the primary communication link among all parties involved.
Update and maintain the installation calendar.
Prepare necessary installation documents and instructions.
Address and resolve any scheduling issues or conflicts. Requirements:
Proven experience in a coordination role or related field.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Excellent communication abilities.
Comfort with technology, including scheduling software and office applications.
Ability to handle stressful situations and tight deadlines with composure.
