This position works out of our Casa Grande, Arizona location in the Abbott Nutrition division. What You'll Work On

• Safely operate production equipment, including filling, processing, and sterilizing systems.

• Perform sampling responsibilities and monitor charts to ensure sterility.

• Complete work orders and documentation accurately.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Communicate effectively with team members and across all levels of the plant.

• Replenish and maintain production materials as needed.

• Perform general housekeeping and sanitation tasks.

You’ll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED

• One year production experience

• Must be able to work effectively within a team environment, possess excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• One year production experience within food manufacturing environment

• Forklift experience preferred

Please note: This is a 12-hour Night shift position from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM and allows you to have every other weekend off.

• Week 1: Mon - OFF, Tues - OFF, Wed - 12 hours, Thurs - 12 hours, Fri - OFF, Sat - OFF, Sun - OFF

• Week 2: Mon - 12 hours, Tues - 12 hours, Wed - OFF, Thurs - OFF , Fri - 12 hours, Sat - 12 hours, Sun - 12 hours

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

• One year of production experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift Experience

• One year of experience within food manufacturing environment

The base pay for this position is $19.05 – $38.15 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
