Solar Sales Consultant / Solar Closer
Experienced Solar Reps Only | 1099 Commission

Sunlink Energy – Arizona Exclusive Solar Installer

Sunlink Energy is hiring experienced Solar Sales Consultants and Closers to sell residential solar with a direct installer platform. We are an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) company, meaning we design, permit, and install the systems ourselves — not a dealer network or sales organization working through third-party installers.

This allows our reps to benefit from:

• Direct communication with operations and engineering
• Clear visibility from contract to installation

This is a fully remote 1099 position, and we also support remote solar closers.

What You'll Do

• Close residential solar deals
• Run consultations virtually or in person
• Build proposals using Artemis, Solo, or similar solar proposal software
• Guide homeowners through the solar process

Requirements

• Previous solar sales experience required
• Experience with Artemis, Solo, or other solar proposal platforms
• Strong closing and communication skills
• Ability to manage your own pipeline

Compensation

1099 Independent Contractor
100% Commission-Based
