We are seeking legal professionals for growth opportunities! These positions will be Remote in Arizona. You'll need to currently live in Arizona.

We are currently seeking a Mid-Level Associate with 3-5 years experience in Construction or Insurance Law!

License: Must have an active Arizona license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a diverse caseload of employment and wage and hour class action cases.

• Taking and defending depositions.

• Writing strong briefs and legal arguments.

• Managing a team of attorneys and support staff as needed.

• Engaging in trial preparation and experience.

• Assisting with acquisitions, including bringing in existing teams or departments.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of relevant experience.

• Strong writing skills with the ability to provide two writing samples (briefs).

• Experience with litigation firm: construction, employment law (as well as risk management and transactional services.) Construction defect or insurance experience as most desirable. Will look at any candidates with civil litigation experience however

• Ability to handle a caseloads

• Experience in securities is a plus.
