RN - Procedure Center Manager

Location: Gilbert and Scottsdale, Arizona

Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 annually (DOE)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, set daytime hours

Travel: Limited between Scottsdale and Gilbert 

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced RN leader to oversee two Spine Center locations. This role leads daily operations, supervises clinical teams, and ensures high-quality patient care across outpatient procedural services. The manager oversees 15–18 RNs, scrub techs, and MAs , supported by an RN Lead and site lead. This is primarily an administrative leadership role with occasional clinical support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and clinical workflows across Spine Centers
• Lead and mentor clinical staff; oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards
• Support perioperative services, pre/post-op workflows, sterile processing, and sedation services
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, staffing, metrics, and process improvement
• Assist with scheduling, resource allocation, and operational planning

Requirements:

• BSN required; current RN license
• 1–2 years relevant clinical experience; leadership or management experience preferred
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple sites and teams
• Willingness to travel to multiple clinic locations

Environment:

• Gilbert location operates 5 days/week; Scottsdale 2–3 days/week
• Majority pain and interventional spine procedures; occasional kyphoplasty and IR cases
• Manager not required to cover occasional Saturday sessions
