Analytics Assistant 2

As a Lead Router, you will act as the operational controller for the Merchant Services team, managing the daily flow of inbound and outbound sales leads. Working hands-on out of spreadsheets and lead queues, you’ll review data for accuracy, monitor rep availability, and strategically assign leads based on team capacity and performance. Your day will involve active, continuous chat communication to field real-time sales requests, monitoring lead aging and queue health, and partnering directly with Sales Managers. Additionally, you will analyze lead volume and performance metrics, regularly presenting these insights in team meetings to keep our sales engine running at peak efficiency.

salary: $23 - $24 per hour

Responsibilities

•Assign inbound and outbound sales leads to Merchant Services sales representatives.
•Monitor lead queues to ensure timely distribution and follow-up.
•Maintain accurate lead assignment records and reporting.
•Review lead data for completeness and accuracy before assignment.
•Balance lead distribution across sales teams based on capacity, performance, and business needs.
•Partner with Sales Managers to address assignment issues and workload concerns.
•Track and report lead volume, assignment metrics, and aging.
•Escalate system, routing, or lead quality issues as needed.
•Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to lead management.
