A leading global e-commerce and technology organization is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Customer Service Associate to join its Operations Support team. This fully remote role is open to Arizona-based candidates only and offers the opportunity to support high-visibility initiatives and pilot programs for a rapidly expanding business unit.

Position Overview
The Customer Service Associate will provide support to internal partners through issue resolution, vendor coordination, escalation management, and documentation tracking. This team is responsible for 24/7 facility and maintenance-related support across multiple business operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for issue resolution, troubleshooting, and escalation support
- Manage and monitor work orders and ticketing queues while ensuring timely responses
- Coordinate vendor dispatch and follow-up to support maintenance and facility needs
- Document, track, and communicate service updates to internal stakeholders
- Support new business launches and pilot programs through operational coordination
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership
Schedule & Work Expectations
- 40 hours per week
- Schedules may fall between Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday
- Day or overnight shifts may be assigned
- Flexibility to work any shift is required
- Potential to work holidays as needed
- Estimated overtime: approximately 10 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience (call center or service support strongly preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with leadership
- Demonstrated success in problem-solving, ownership of tasks, and collaboration
- High level of computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, email, chat, and web-based research
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment assessment
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- One or more years in a customer service support role (call center, retail support, or operational support)
- Prior experience working within a large-scale e-commerce, technology, or operations-driven environment is a plus
- Previous experience supporting this organization’s call center or support function is highly valued
Contract Details
- W2 contract through Russell Tobin & Associates
- 4-month contract with the potential to extend based on performance and business needs
- Pay range: $17.00–$18.20 per hour, depending on experience
- Fully remote; must reside in the state of Arizona
