Quality Assurance Technician
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collect, record, and analyze sample analysis results accurately.
- Conduct sample analysis testing as per protocols.
- Decontaminate complaint samples received in the Lab.
- Document complaint samples received for evaluation.
- Identify and report unexpected sample analysis results to supervisors.
- Maintain good documentation and laboratory practices.
- Ensure a clean and safe lab work environment.
- Foster professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in project planning, scheduling, and tracking.
- Store and dispose of complaint samples per procedures.
- Support continuous improvement of lab processes and test methods.
- Follow procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Use calibrated laboratory equipment and tools.
- Clean and disinfect lab spaces.
Experience Required
- Associate degree in technical studies, science, math, or engineering optional.
- Medical industry (GMP) and/or lab experience preferred.
Skills & Certifications
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Detail-oriented with technical writing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Oral/written presentation skills.
Eligibilities & qualifications
- Associate degree in technical studies, science, math, or engineering preferred.
- Previous medical industry (GMP) and/or lab experience preferred.
- Preferred: Experience in reading engineering drawings, lab safety skills, OGP Flash 500 Smart scope experience
