Job Responsibilities:

· Reconcile bank accounts across multiple entities and research discrepancies

· Generate and review job cost reports to support reconciliations and labor reclassifications

· Post recurring journal entries, including intercompany transactions and depreciation

· Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting balance sheet schedules for multiple locations

· Adjust inventory based on physical counts and ensure accurate balances

· File sales and payroll tax returns, including quarterly filings and annual wage forms

· Maintain borrowing base schedules and support lender reporting requirements

· Monitor Work-In-Progress balances to ensure accurate financial reporting

· Process payroll bank uploads, approve ACH transactions, and maintain retirement plan records

· Complete year-end close procedures and assist with audit support

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

· Experience within the construction industry – ideally with a sub-contractor or general contractor

· Advanced Microsoft Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)

Preferred:

· Experience with Dynamics GP
