Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day property operations, including vendor coordination, scheduling, and ensuring seamless customer service. Responsibilities include identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency , managing vendor relationships, coordinating and scheduling cleanings & maintenance, resolving guest concerns, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience in the Short Term Rental Industry
- Proven experience in Operations Management, Project Coordination, or Hospitality Management
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with staff, vendors, and guests
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and service
- Proficiency with property management software, scheduling tools, and Google Workspace
- Ability to handle and thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local property visits
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
