The Reliability Engineer plays a pivotal role in enhancing the reliability of equipment and reducing maintenance costs. This position involves collecting and analyzing equipment performance data to predict potential failures, developing strategies for system reliability, and conducting root cause analyses to resolve recurring issues. The role requires designing maintenance schedules, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies, and preparing detailed reports to communicate findings to management.
Responsibilities

+ Continuously monitor systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.

+ Ability to manage vendor relationships
+ Preferred experience in the mining industry, ME Global, steel mill, or food industry
Work Environment
The work environment consists of a manufacturing floor (60%) and desk work (40%). The facility includes a shop floor with automated equipment and operates Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM or a 4x10 schedule. The industrial environment requires wearing boots, pants, PPE such as hard hats and glasses. The work can be physically demanding, especially in summer heat. The company offers an excellent compensation and benefits package, including an annual bonus of approximately 10% for all employees, regardless of job grade. The team is growing from 113 to 200 employees by the end of next year.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
