Leasing Consultant:

As the first point of contact for future residents, you’ll engage with leads, highlight property amenities, and guide them through the leasing process. Working closely with the Property Manager, you’ll help maintain high occupancy rates and ensure resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome prospective residents and conduct engaging community tours
• Assist with the leasing process: applications, approvals, and lease preparation
• Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate leasing records
• Provide exceptional service to current residents and respond to inquiries or service requests
• Support day-to-day leasing office operations and administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Previous leasing experience in residential property management is required
• Bilingual Preferred: Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
• Communication Skills: Strong customer service, sales, and communication skills
• Dependability: Weekend availability and reliable transportation are necessary.
