Location: Prescott, Arizona

Hours & Schedule: Monday – Friday (36 hours per week of patient care)

Work Environment: Outpatient women’s health clinical setting

Travel Required: None

Salary / Hourly Rate: $250,000 – $275,000 annually

Job Summary:

The Family Medicine Physician will provide comprehensive outpatient care with a strong emphasis on women’s health. This includes preventative medicine, reproductive health counseling, routine screenings, and minor gynecologic procedures. The physician will manage a typical patient load of approximately 25–30 patients per day and care for patients ages teen and older. The position follows a Monday through Friday schedule with 36 hours of direct patient care per week and minimal on-call responsibilities limited to phone coverage.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care with a focus on women’s health
• Conduct well-woman exams and preventive health screenings
• Provide birth control counseling and management
• Perform minor gynecological procedures as appropriate
• Diagnose and manage menopause-related conditions
• Deliver patient education related to preventive health and wellness
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Manage an average daily patient volume of 25–30 patients

Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Ability to obtain or hold an active Arizona medical license
