Payroll Analyst- Hybrid Work Schedule! POST NUMBER: 472165
- Process payroll accurately and on schedule, including handling adjustments and manual payments when needed.
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies while responding to employee and management inquiries.
- Review payroll data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation.
- Assist with audits and maintain organized payroll records and reports.
- 5 years in accounting and 3 years’ experience in a payroll and compensation and benefits role with a solid understanding of payroll principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Experience working within HRIS and payroll systems, preferably UKG and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
