Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of outside plant (OSP) construction projects, ensuring alignment with Ducati’s quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure efficient design implementation and adherence to timelines.
• Supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and other personnel to guarantee project milestones are met.
• Perform site inspections and assessments to verify compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to optimize financial performance.
• Engage and liaise with stakeholders, including local authorities and community relations, to promote positive project outcomes.
• Prepare regular progress reports and documentation for senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact project success.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing OSP or telecommunication construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Desired Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in OSP construction management or related roles.
• Prior experience in the motorcycle or automotive industry is a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation with an ability to maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering projects within budget and on schedule.
