Call Center Representative
Cardinale Automotive Group is looking for a driven and personable Call Center Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. In this role, you'll connect with warm leads through inbound and outbound calls, build strong relationships, and guide prospects toward taking action. This is an entry-level job and is perfect for someone who wants to get their foot in the door into the automotive industry. Training is provided! Do you enjoy helping people? Responsibilities:
- Engage with warm leads through inbound and outbound calls
- Build rapport quickly and identify customer needs
- Clearly present products and services with confidence and enthusiasm
- Guide prospects through the sales process and help move them toward a decision
- Handle objections effectively and turn conversations into conversions
- Accurately document interactions and follow up as needed
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
Qualifications:
- Excellent teammate with a collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
- Prompt and courteous demeanor
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication and persuasive selling skills
- Confidence in handling objections and closing conversations
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
- Previous sales or call center experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver's license
