Location: Gilbert, Arizona.
Address: 1324 N Farrell Ct STE 109, Gilbert, AZ 85233.
Pay: $75,000 - $85,000 per year (DOE).
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Full-Time.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager with a strong background in team leadership and property operations to join our Gilbert office.

This role is ideal for someone who has successfully managed people , thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently oversee both property performance and team execution .

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of single-family and multi-family properties while leading staff, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence .

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day property management operations, including leasing, renewals, inspections, and maintenance coordination.
• Lead, supervise, and support property management staff to ensure high performance and accountability.
• Maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and vendors.
• Handle tenant concerns, escalations, and lease compliance matters professionally.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
• Manage budgets, track performance metrics, and provide reports to ownership.
• Ensure timely completion of maintenance requests in coordination with vendors and internal teams.
• Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with Arizona laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Active Arizona Real Estate License (REQUIRED).
• Proven experience managing people or leading a team (REQUIRED).
• 2-5 years of property management experience (single-family or multi-family).
• Strong understanding of leasing, tenant relations, and property operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with property management software (AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, etc.) is a plus.
