JOB SUMMARY

Caesars Republic Scottsdale, Wolf by Vanderpump is the newest concept from global hospitality icon Lisa Vanderpump . With bold, desert-inspired design, sweeping rooftop views, and a high-energy vibe, this is more than just a bar — it’s a show. Cocktails are crafted with precision and served with presence. As a bartender, you’ll set the tone for the night, delivering fast-paced, high-touch service in a space built for celebration, connection, and just the right amount of drama.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Deliver fast, flawless, and high-touch service in a high-volume rooftop environment
• Craft stunning cocktails that are as flavorful as they are photogenic — following recipes with precision and flair
• Keep the bar stocked, prepped, and clean — always ready for the next rush
• Stay in sync with servers, barbacks, and leadership to keep service flowing smoothly
• Engage with guests in a way that feels natural, elevated, and on-brand — every interaction counts
• Handle tabs, cash, and credit card transactions accurately
• Help maintain a vibe that’s energetic, stylish, and guest-focused
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel

WHAT YOU BRING

• At least 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale bar or restaurant
• Cocktail knowledge, bar etiquette, and the ability to multitask without missing a beat
• A confident, guest-first attitude — with strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy setting without losing attention to detail
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and rooftop service hours
