Position Overview Impactia Corp is seeking a dependable and organized Assistant Events Coordinator to support the planning and execution of in-person events and promotions. This role focuses strictly on logistics, coordination, and on-site support. Key Responsibilities * Assist in planning and coordinating event logistics * Support venue setup, breakdown, and on-site operations * Communicate with vendors, venues, and team members * Manage event materials, equipment, and supplies * Help coordinate schedules and staffing for events * Ensure events run smoothly and efficiently * Address on-site issues and provide solutions as needed Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred * Strong organizational and time-management skills * Excellent communication and teamwork skills * Ability to work in fast-paced environments Benefits * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance * 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match * Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays * Hands-on training * Opportunities for advancement
